Count Your Blessing

I have a plack in my room that say
" If you want to feel ritcher count all your Blessing that money can't buy "
I love the old hyme Cout you Blessing. That song is so sweet and dear to me. How many time do we forget to thank God for the beautiful gift that he has given us? To many! So remember to thank the lord for His many blessing!

Count you blessings name them one by one
count your blessings see what God has done
Count your blessings name them one by one count many blessing see what God done

Be thankfull for all that your are given no matter how large or small

PSALMS 23

The Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul, He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake. Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil, for You are with me, Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies, You anoint my head with oil, My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall fallow me All the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever

Why?

Why in this day and age do we have such a low standard for young people?

1 Timothy 4:12

   Let no man depise your youth, but be an exsample to the believers, in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity

What happend to the standards? Where did the go? Why did they change?

God used young people all through History. He used King David. Before David was king he was a shepard boy. God used him to kill the Giant. Let skip ahead a little bit to Mary. She became the mother to the Savior at a young age. God used a young woman to bring forth His son. There are so many others.

We don't have to be an adalt before we can do great things for God.

Young people don't do anything to help out. They are given what ever they want. They are not made to work for anything. We need to get that back.

We some how have to raise the standard back up. We need to hold young people to a higher standard then are being held to right now. Young people need to get up off the coach. They need to learn the thing that are getting throu at them the frist time that they leave home. Young people need to start doing things.

Young peopleyou need to stand up and sand ferm. We need to get young people to care. 

Help find that standard. Help bring it back!

A Family with big Hearts

I have met so many people who have such broken relationships with there family and it greaves my heart. My family is not perfect we have our flaws. But we also have eachother.

My family is large compared to most. But I don't see it that way. I don't even think that we really look like that many people when we are all togeter. We are a family that has flaws. But we love one another.
My parents are even willing to except more if the Lord sees fit to give more to them. Wether it be through adoption or biological birth. We have room for more in our heart.

Come Thou Fount

Come thou fount of every blessing tune my heart to sing thy grace steams of mercy never ceasing, call for songs of loudest praise. Teach me some melodious sonnet, sung by flami,ng tongues above praice the mount! I'm fixed upon it mount of God unchanging Love.

The frist verse of this Hyme is my favorite. I want Gods blessing. I don't want to put the flame out on any of His blessing. Come thou fount.
